Bluffs at the Marina
The Marina at the Bluffs are Divosta built 1,385 sq. ft 2 bd/ 2 ba condos that overlook the marina which have dockage available to 155 ft. They are 4 and 5 story buildings with the penthouse condos having vaulted ceilings. There are 22 buildings with 660 condos in the complex. Several buildings don't have balconies and sell for a quite a bit less then condos with balconies. The premium condos have marina views or intracoastal views. Some Bluffs condos have double balconies and some have a single large balcony. They are pet friendly condos with weight limit of 20lbs. The Bluffs Marina are just short of a mile to the beaches of Jupiter. Enjoy walking around the marina and looking at some spectacular boats.
The Marina at the Bluffs does not allow trucks, vans or campers. Pets up to 20lbs are allowed. The condo fees in the Bluffs are very reasonable at $900 to $1,100 per qtr. The Bluffs Marina allow 2 rentals per year with a 4 month minimum. There are 2 community pools in the marina as well as tennis courts.
