Juno Beach Condos
Drive along A1A in Juno Beach and you will see Juno's oceanfront condos which sit directly on the sand and include such condos as Oceanfront, Beachfront and Waterfront. Across the street you see the small Key West community of Seaside in Juno Beach. 700 Ocean Drive is a gated enclave of 10 oceanfront homes. As you drive up you will pass Juno Beach's newest condo the Ocean Royale. Ocean Royale looks south over a beautiful preserve area. You will pass the Juno Pier. Loggerhead Park is along A1A which is the home for Loggerhead Sea Turtles where they research the turtles. Juno Beach has 1/3 of their land set aside for natural preserve areas. The center of Juno is around Pelican Lake where you will see people walking each day for their daily exercise. The Juno Beachs are almost private as their is no public parking. The only place you will notice a group of people is at Frenchmans Creek beach club. See all the Juno Beach Condos.
Jupiter Oceanfront Condos
As you enter Jupiter you will notice the Jupiter condos all sit on the west side of A1A giving Jupiter beautiful unspoiled beaches that are not lined with condos such as Singer Island. You will also notice that many of the condos in Jupiter are height restricted to 10 or less stories and many are lower then that. Jupiter also has one of the only dog friendly beaches in the state. Pet lovers with large pets are allowed in Jupiter Ocean Grande. Jupiter Ocean Grande is Jupiter's premier Oceanfront condo. As you drive along A1A in Jupiter you will pass several parks including Carlin Park and Jupiter Inlet Park. Notice the large tracts of preserve ocean lands you see while driving in Jupiter. You will pass a few small communities of homes along the beach in Jupiter including Jupiter Key, Olympus , Ocean Walk and Xanandu. Look for all the Jupiter Oceanfront Condos online.
Jupiter Island Condos
Cross the Intracoastal bridge and you enter Jupiter Island which has Jupiter Inlet Colony at the southern tip. The narrow strip of Jupiter Island gives many Jupiter Island condos both ocean and Intracoastal views. You will notice the incredible blue water just north of Jupiter Inlet that runs along Jupiter Island. You will notice the oceanfront condos along the beach and just across the street you will see a few Intracoastal condos with several have boat docks for small boats. Jupiter Island commands a premium price for the island. The south end of the island has rather small beaches but as you get up past Coral Reef Park you will see wider beaches. Jupiter Waterfront Homes
Jupiter waterfront homes has many options to chose from. The waterfront homes on the River are the most popular with wide water views. Many of the riverfront homes are on the Loxahatchee that runs up into Tequesta. Some of the river homes do have a 15ft. fixed bridge. Admirals Cove and Jonathans have several direct Intracoastal homes. You won't find a seawall here in Jupiter. Tequesta Country Club and the Islands of Jupiter are other waterfront communities here in Jupiter. Boaters will love the Jupiter waterfront homes. Just minutes to the Jupiter Inlet and some of the finest fishing around. On the weekends you will find many boaters enjoying the Jupiter sandbars in the river. Singer Island
Singer Island is a small island south of Jupiter with the ocean and Intracoastal almost touching. Many Singer Island condos have wonderful ocean and Intracoastal views. 2700 Ocean has just become part of the Ritz. The south end of Singer Island is being redeveloped with the new Singer Island beachfront mall. The Palm Beach Inlet is on the south end of the Island. One of the deeper Inlets in Palm Beach County. Singer Island has both oceanfront condos as well as waterfront homes with deep water access. You will find some of the best waterfront views here on Singer Island. They have quite a few newer condos that were built in 2000 and above. Beachfront is a beautiful condos built in 2007 and Martinique is a prime example of an older condo with just 4 units per floor. One of my favorites for an older condo. You will notice on the Island that many of the condos are much taller then the Juno Beach condos in Juno and Jupiter. Don't forget to look at Singer Island condos. Boaters don't miss out on the waterfront properties Singer Island has to offer.
Abacoa
Abacoa is Jupiters newest community of single family homes and townhomes. Abacoa was built to have that old 50's style feel with sidewalks through the community and front porches to watch your neighbors walking along the streets. They also included a downtown with shops and restaurants for the Abacoa resident. There is spring training at Roger Dean Stadium each year and a public golf course as well as Florida Atlantic University. Scripps and Max Plank have both called Abacoa home. Check out Valencia the premier luxury home community in Abacoa with custom built estate homes. Each community has a different theme inside Abacoa. Each community has a small clubhouse and pool facility for it's residents. Abacoa is a popular community that many call home now.
